Terms of Use and Service

Effective date: 7 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Camtech Health website, mobile application, accounts, content, tools, digital services, products and paid services.

Camtech, we, us and our mean the Camtech legal entity identified when you create an account, place an order or book a service. Camtech Health is a brand : the group companies are separate legal entities not interchangeable.

Where separate purchase, healthcare-provider, product or feature-specific terms apply, those terms prevail only for the subject they specifically address. Those documents do not replace these general Terms unless they expressly say so.

1. Accepting these Terms

By accessing or using our services, creating an account, placing an order, booking a service or selecting an acceptance control, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the relevant service.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into a contract, unless a service-specific process permits use by a parent or legal guardian and applicable law allows it.

We may refuse, restrict or decline access where reasonably necessary to verify identity, eligibility, safety, security, legal compliance or service suitability.

2. Scope and related documents

These Terms apply to the Platform and to products and services made available through the Platform. Product and paid-service purchases are also governed by the relevant product page, order confirmation, product instructions, regional cancellation and returns information, Privacy Policy, and any separate product, laboratory, healthcare-provider or informed-consent notice.

If documents conflict, mandatory law takes priority. Regional terms take priority for country-specific matters, and product instructions or consent notices take priority for clinical, collection, laboratory or safety matters.

3. Accounts and user responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete and current information and promptly update material changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent caused by Camtech’s breach or by circumstances for which Camtech is legally responsible.

You must use a reasonably suitable device, connection and environment. You are responsible for your equipment, internet access and related charges.

Promptly report suspected unauthorised access or misuse to info@camtechhealth.com.

4. Acceptable use

You must use our services lawfully and only for their intended purpose. You must not:

  • impersonate another person or provide false information;
  • commit fraud or misuse a promotion, referral or account;
  • access another person’s account, data or non-public systems without authority;
  • introduce harmful code or interfere with the security, operation or availability of our services;
  • bypass authentication, geographic, technical or usage restrictions;
  • scrape, harvest, copy or extract information through automated means without our written permission;
  • upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading or infringing material;
  • submit another person’s health, genetic, identity or image information without proper authority;
  • use health or wellness outputs to harm, discriminate against or make an unlawful decision about another person; or
  • use our services in a way that creates a material risk to users, Camtech or the public.

We may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts, report suspected unlawful activity or take other proportionate action where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

5. Services, health information and products

Features may vary by country, product, device, account and regulatory status. A feature available in one market may not be available, approved or suitable in another.

We may modify, restrict, replace, suspend or discontinue any service or feature for operational, commercial, security, legal, regulatory or safety reasons.

Our services are provided for general information and education unless a service is expressly identified as a regulated medical or healthcare service. Health and wellness information is not medical advice, diagnosis or a substitute for professional care.

Do not use our services for emergencies or urgent conditions. Contact local emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

Use any product or test only in accordance with its approved product information and instructions. Results may be incomplete, uncertain or unsuitable for a particular person and must not be treated as more conclusive than the approved information allows.

Where an independent healthcare professional provides care, that professional is responsible for the clinical advice and treatment provided. Camtech remains responsible for its own platform and customer-service obligations.

Where we provide an artificial-intelligence-assisted feature, its specific notice and limitations also apply. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be the sole basis for a medical, employment, insurance, legal or other significant decision.

6. User content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit.

You grant Camtech and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, format and process your content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, improve and support the relevant service, comply with law, prevent fraud, investigate misuse or resolve complaints.

Processing of health, genetic, biometric, image or other sensitive information is also governed by the applicable Privacy Policy, feature notice and any required consent or other lawful basis.

You confirm that you have the rights, authority and permissions required to submit your content. You remain responsible for its legality, accuracy and consequences. We may remove or refuse content where reasonably necessary to protect Camtech, users, third parties, the services or the public.

Subject to these Terms, Camtech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the services and purchased reports for their intended personal or internal business purpose.

The website, application, software, design, text, graphics, databases, trademarks and other Camtech materials are owned by or licensed to Camtech. You must not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, distribute, commercially exploit, reverse engineer or create derivative works from our services or content, except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Camtech without restriction or payment, provided that Camtech does not use identifiable health information for that purpose except as explained in the applicable Privacy Policy or feature notice.

7. Purchases, orders, payment and availability

The contracting seller depends on the country in which you place your order. Prices, taxes, delivery charges and other mandatory costs will be shown before purchase.

Your order is an offer to purchase. No contract is formed until we send an order-confirmation message stating that we accept it.

We may refuse, cancel or limit an order for a legitimate reason, including lack of stock, an obvious pricing error, unsupported delivery, suspected fraud, payment failure, ineligibility, legal restrictions, or an inability to provide the product safely or lawfully.

We may correct an obvious error before acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, our responsibility will generally be limited to refunding the affected amount, subject to your legal rights.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the information supplied is accurate. Payment, delivery, laboratory and other third-party providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.

8. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a date. We may use third-party carriers, laboratories, payment providers and other service providers.

Your statutory cancellation, return, refund and faulty-product rights continue to apply. Region-specific rules are available at Singapore and UK.

Where permitted by law, you are responsible for change-of-mind return postage and any reasonable reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product. Opened, used, damaged, contaminated or expired test kits may not be returnable where a lawful exception applies and that exception was disclosed before purchase.

Do not use a product that is damaged, opened unexpectedly, contaminated, expired or incorrect. Contact info@camtechhealth.com before returning any kit or sample. We may request reasonable evidence of the issue and may withhold a refund until goods are returned or return evidence is provided where the law permits.

9. Samples, laboratory processing and reports

You must follow all instructions for activation, collection, labelling, storage, packaging and sample return.

A sample may be rejected or unprocessable if it is insufficient, contaminated, incorrectly collected or labelled, delayed, damaged, expired or otherwise unsuitable. If the issue was caused by you, a replacement or recollection may be subject to the applicable product policy or a disclosed fee where permitted by law.

Turnaround times are estimates and generally begin when an acceptable sample is received and logged by the relevant laboratory. We do not guarantee a particular processing time, result or report outcome.

Reports may be invalid, inconclusive, incomplete, delayed or unavailable. We remain responsible for our own contractual obligations, but independent laboratories and other providers may have separate terms and privacy notices.

10. Health information and consent

A wellness, screening, genetic or self-test result does not diagnose, rule out, prevent or treat a medical condition unless the approved product information expressly says otherwise.

Results may require confirmation or interpretation by a qualified healthcare professional. Camtech products and reports are not emergency services. Do not start, stop or change treatment solely because of a report.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal, health, genetic and sample-related information is handled. Separate product, laboratory or informed-consent notices may also apply. Accepting these Terms does not replace any consent required for testing, sample analysis or processing of health or genetic information.

11. Third-party services and privacy

Third-party providers, laboratories, payment services, delivery services and healthcare professionals may operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Camtech is not responsible for an independent third party’s acts, omissions, availability or performance, except to the extent applicable law makes Camtech responsible.

Our handling of personal information is explained in the applicable Privacy Policy and any notice provided when information is collected. Essential service, security, account, order, test and regulatory communications may be sent to you. Marketing communications will be handled according to applicable law and your stated preferences.

12. Availability, changes, suspension and termination

We do not guarantee that the services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, compatible, error-free or accurate.

For free services, we may make changes or discontinue features without liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. For paid or ongoing services, we will provide any notice, refund, replacement, cancellation right or other remedy required by applicable law or the relevant purchase terms.

We may immediately suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary because of a serious breach, suspected fraud, security concern, safety risk, unlawful activity, regulatory requirement or risk of harm. Where reasonably possible, we will provide an explanation and a way to contact us.

You may stop using the services at any time and may request account closure. Suspension or termination does not automatically cancel an accepted order, consultation or paid service; the applicable purchase or provider terms will determine the effect.

After termination, your licence ends. Clauses concerning intellectual property, user content, privacy, payment obligations, liability, indemnity, disputes and any rights that arose before termination will continue where their nature requires it.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as available” basis and without warranties that they will meet a particular need, produce a particular result or remain available. Camtech does not warrant that information, estimates, results, outputs or content will be complete, current, accurate or suitable for a particular decision.

Nothing in these Terms limits an express product obligation, an approved regulatory claim, professional responsibility for care provided by Camtech, or any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, faulty or misdescribed products, poor services, or mandatory consumer rights.

For consumers, Camtech is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of Camtech’s breach or failure to use the standard of care required by law. Camtech is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, were caused by your misuse or failure to follow instructions, or resulted solely from an independent third party, subject to applicable law.

13.1 Business users

If you use the services wholly or mainly for business purposes, then to the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Camtech is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss;
  • Camtech is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, opportunity or data; and
  • Camtech’s total liability relating to a relevant service will not exceed the fees paid by the business for that service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different lawful cap is stated in a separate business agreement.

13.2 Customer responsibility and indemnity

You are responsible for information, samples, instructions, account access, delivery details and product use under your control.

If you use the services wholly or mainly for business purposes, you will indemnify and hold Camtech, its group companies, officers, employees and service providers harmless from third-party claims, losses, costs and expenses arising directly from your unlawful or infringing content, breach of these Terms, misuse of the services or violation of another person’s rights.

This indemnity does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Camtech’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. It does not apply to consumers except to the extent permitted by applicable law and considered fair and reasonable.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier or laboratory disruption, utility failure, cyber or security incidents, regulatory action, public-health events, natural disasters or changes in law.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of a material delay and will preserve any cancellation, refund or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. General terms

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without Camtech’s written consent. Camtech may transfer these Terms to a group company, successor, purchaser or other entity in connection with a reorganisation, financing, sale or transfer of the relevant business, provided mandatory rights are not reduced.

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or disregarded only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with applicable purchase, provider, product and feature terms, form the agreement governing use of the relevant services.

A person who is not a party to the relevant agreement may not enforce these Terms unless the applicable regional terms expressly provide otherwise.

16. Regional terms and contact

The applicable contracting entity, governing law and courts will be identified before account creation, checkout or service booking.
